If you tune from a Tuning Pack for which the Management Packs that the monitoring itself is contained in arent present, Easy Tune doesn't show the created tuning (EZT-86)
Workaround: Install the monitoring MPs before tuning. If you have hit this issue you will need to delete the MP that Easy Tune stored Overrides in and re-create it once the monitoring MPs have been installed for tuning to show up in Easy Tunes UI
