Cherwell 10.0 or later
Connectivity between your SCOM Management Servers and Cherwell for REST API calls
A valid Cookdown product license that includes Cherwell
Service Account Requirements
At a high level, the Service Account that Connection Center uses must have edit/create access to ‘Incident’ business objects and read access to ‘Customer - Internal’ business objects. You can go much tighter with the permissions and the details of the minimum permissions required can be found in the Cherwell Set-Up Guide.
